This Spring I had the honor of photographing Caitlin and Rashid's gorgeous wedding at Stitch Cafe in Downtown OKC.
The day was so perfect and so focused on quality time with loved ones.
Caitlin and Rashid got ready at the beautiful 21C Hotel downtown. The window light there was incredible, and the hotel lobbies and hallways were the perfect setting for detail shots!
After prep, we shot family photos at the Myriad Gardens. The timing could not have been more perfect - all the tulips and hyacinths were in bloom and the gardens looked and smelled amazing.
Caitlin's best friend, Ally planned the entire wedding, and made the day so perfect for them.
After a simple, intimate ceremony at the Cafe, the space was transformed into a reception hall, and Caitlin and Rashid sat down to a long, leisurely dinner with their friends and loved ones.
Just before sunset we slipped outside to grab some quick sunset photos in front of The Plant Shoppe and The Jones Assembly.
After most weddings I'm so sore and exhausted, but after this one I felt refreshed and like I had spent the whole day celebrating with friends - even though I had just met everyone that morning. That's just how welcoming and kind Caitlin and Rashid - and all their family are!
